Eva I loved the above video, what I got watch of it, it messed up on me about half way through. The self dialoge(damn the spelling) was great I can’t tell you how often I do that and in my case having DID I usually get replies to my inner dialoge. Now that is something a grown man in the car or walking down the street talking to himself or should I say selfs , Well to say that people give me a wide berth while I am walking down the street is not an exageration, Sorry I cant spell today and the reply sections don’t have spell check, they should make that an option so I don’y sound like an idiot/ Some food for thought WordPress. Anyway thanks for posting this I am going to try to rewatch this today and see if I get all the through it.
Hi Dan,
Thank you for your comment!
Don’t worry about the spelling. According to one research, people always understand words in case the first and last letter are correct. Perhaps one letter had to be correct in the middle as well…I don’t remember exactly, but my point is that spelling is an overrated issue anyway.
So no worries and thanks again for your comment, I really enjoy reading your profound opinions. I hope you get the chance to view this video entirely, it really is worth it. It teaches so much about self-love and getting our self-dialogue to love us as well.
Much love!
Eva
