Your Einstein quote connected me with this passage from Shunryu Suzuki, the great Zen master.
“You may think that when you die, you disappear, you no longer exist. But even though you vanish, something which is existent cannot be non-existent. That is the magic.”
That is the magic- to die and not to die. A magic, I believe, Einstein, even as a scientist, understood.
