Yes, we can feed them. They are very brave and come up to people to interact with them.
Hehe! Where do you think they are going?
They came to the sidewalk to interact with people, who were walking there.
They came up to us, just turned their heads and looked around. When people stood still, then they sat down and when someone started walking, they also started walking. 
That was a really fun sight. I hadn’t seen such brave birds before.
